The three fully furnished porches of Nag Point afford sweeping ocean views and stunning sunsets over the marsh. Stroll down the private boardwalk with a raised seating area to the beach or relax by the spacious in-ground, heated pool with a wading area for little ones and a jetted spa for grown-ups. Hardwood floors and carpeting throughout welcome you. Multiple French doors in the main and upper floor areas swing open to ocean-front and marsh view porches. The spacious family area has a wide screen HDTV, Bluetooth DVD, and high speed wireless internet to provide inside entertainment. The family friendly kitchen is well-stocked. The kitchen flows into the open dining area with a “now famous” round table encouraging shared family mealtime gatherings. The first floor master suite has a private bath and direct access to the ocean-side porch. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with full access to the upper porch. The second floor master suite includes a spacious bath with double sinks and a glass enclosed shower. Kids will love their own bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds and a huge adjoining bath with two sinks, a tub/rain shower combination, and an enclosed toilet area. A cozy bonus room with another HDTV and DVD is tucked under the eaves. It is perfect for kids’ play space or a secluded office area and has a love seat with a comfortable fold out twin bed.
