Captain’s Walk III is located 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. Enjoy the oceanside outdoor pool from April 1 to November 1. Take a quick stroll down the beach to the pier, which offers an arcade, live music during the summer, karaoke, food and drinks, fishing, and beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. For your convenience, Captain’s Walk III has an elevator, so pack your bags and come on down! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber internet in every unit. Two parking permits are issued per unit. One vehicle may park onsite and the second vehicle is to be parked across the street in the overflow lot. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed (trailers must be parked in the overflow lot with pass attached). Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, grilling, and pets are not permitted.

Wonderful View and great access to the Beach

The Captains Walk III 1C has wonderful views of the ocean and great access to the beach. The elevator is wonderful walking into the condo the front room is spacious enough to put you beach gear down and they have a great place to hang up towels and bags. The bedroom with the twin beds was great with its own bathroom but the carpet really needed to be cleaned. The second bedroom with a queen bed was wonderful but the TV would not work, same in all the bedrooms remotes were everywhere but TV's did not work. The kitchen was good, but pots and pans for us were dirty and rusty and the crockpot was broken and it just lacked a little something. The front sitting area was great the little recliner for kids was a wonderful idea and the view was exceptional. The master bathroom is very small and a little outdated. The master bedroom the King Size bed was not great and just throwing a pillow topper on top wasn't working, but the bedroom view was great. The balcony area is great just needed cleaning of the lights there was mildew or mold on top of them. The pool is very well upkept at the facility and the walk to the beach is extremely easy and accessible. Parking when it fills up is a bit challenging, but it works. We enjoyed our stay just the few hiccups worked out would be great! We stayed 10/2/21-10/9/21
