'We have rented this unit 3 different years now. There are things we like and things we don't like. The back oceanfront porch is terrific and the porch furniture is ample and comfortable. The living room area is large. Specifc complaints this year include 1) the house was inadequately cleaned- dirty toilets and bath, food wrappers under bed. (Dunes responded promptly with a cleaner) 2) for a while, we only had 1 garbage outside can which was insufficient (again, dunes responded quickly) 3) mattresses are not very comfortable 4) TVs are out-dated and not very sharp 5)kitchen is underequipped 5) there is broken furniture,e.g. some dining room chairs still there since last year. Actually all the furniture is well-worn and replacement if overdue. This is a nice spacious house with a great deck but we wish the owners would replace some older items.'

'Love this beach house! Stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday with family and friends. This is my fourth time vacationing at this beach house. It appears to have a completely new interior: new furniture, carpet and interior design. Adults and kids enjoyed the deck (best view in Garden City). We look forward to returning soon!'
