Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place’s complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
