Ocean Palace

'Six of us who are senior citizen college sorority sisters get together for a beach week every September. This year we rented Ocean Palace and loved it! The 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths were perfect for us. We loved the house's proximity to the ocean and the pool was great for volleyball and water aerobics. The deck off the main living area was great for chatting and enjoying the sound of the surf - good ocean view, too. Inside furnishings, while worn, were comfortable and there was even an extra dining area table for our yearly puzzle project. The elevator is quirky - be sure the magnet on the accordion door catches. The new dishwasher was a bit tricky, too but we finally got it going. Dunes Realty answered our \"help us\" calls promptly and courteously. We recommend Ocean Palace and Dunes Realty!'

'Words can't say how beautiful of a rental ocean palace is. Sunrise to sunset all week long beautiful. I grilled shrimp on the grill. We went fishing on the beach every night. The tropical ocean breezes woah.. can't say enough. You will appreciate the time off.'

'We have stayed at this house for 4 years now and planning next year as well. This house has it all! We have continued to look at others but nothing adds up to Ocean Palace. This year we experienced a problem with the AC units, but they were replaced the next day. Dunes did not miss a beat!! Over the years, we have noticed a decline in the houses new qualities, but upon research I have found this to be the norm for ALL homes on the ocean....this is to be expected. This house is IT for us!! Dunes is fabulous when it comes to taking care of their clients!! Location of Ocean Palace is perfect!! Just can\\'t say enough about this house and DUNES!!!'
