Pelican Pass is located 2.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story, second row complex is conveniently located to restaurants, public parks, and shopping. Pack your beach bag and walk across the street to take in the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy swimming not only in the ocean, but also in the complex’s large outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1). There is no elevator at Pelican Pass. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
