There is an elevator which goes to the first and second floor. Only six blocks from the heart of Surfside Beach and several restaurants. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with major appliances that include a separate freezer and refrigerator, two beverage drawers, two dishwashers, stove, and microwave as well as 2 washer/dryers. Other amenities include a wet bar with mini-refrigerator and separate ice maker, hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Eight TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations for 24 include three kings, six queens, 2 captain's bunks, one single and two sleeper sofas. The outdoor amenities feature a private heated pool (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), 7' x 7' hot tub, shower, and gas grill. No smoking allowed. Small dog friendly.
