Sea Banks is located 0.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach chairs. While there is no pool at Sea Banks, you do have year-round access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Garden City, just steps away from the complex. Take a short walk down the beach and enjoy live music on the pier during the summer, play in the arcade, go fishing, or grab a bite at the pier’s cafe. Sea Banks offers affordability and central location for fun at the beach. One parking permit is issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
