Enjoy swimming in the oceanside pool, which is open Easter to November 1 or take a short walk to the beach to have some fun in the sand and surf. Complex amenities include coin-operated laundry onsite, a grilling area, and gated parking. There is no elevator at Southpointe Villas. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
