Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Very nice stay at this location. Clean comfortable condo close to 2 beach access points. Parking was never a problem. Master bed a bit soft for my liking and balcony could use taller chairs and a high table to see over railing to enjoy ocean view. Contacted maintenance once and issue was resolved within 2 hours. Perfect place for the two of us. Would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.
