'All the comforts of home can be found here in this quiet neighborhood. The kitchen to suit all your needs to a beautifully decorated and comfortable living room and dining room are all here ! In addition to the master bedroom there are two additional bedrooms upstairs and should fit your needs for yourselves or for when you have family or friends down for a few days like we did. The wrap-around deck came in handy for us to enjoy lounging outside on those warm days which can be found in South Carolina. The home can be your home base as you visit the beach which we found to be 5 minutes or 325 steps away which we counted! There also several restaurants within walking distance of the house or while you are down at the beach near the pier. Check out the ice cream shop / gift shop at the pier at some point. So many destinations to visit which we visited while there like Charleston SC( 1hr 45 minutes drive ) , Historic Georgetown waterfront , downtown business district and historic residential areas. Georgetown is a full day and only 50 minutes away. Myrtle Beach International Airport is only 15 minutes or less away if you are flying into town or have somebody arriving to visit. Myrtle Beach boardwalk is only a short 20 minute drive away and full of activities. The famous Market Commons shopping district and Coastal Grand Mall are only a short distance away. And of course if you wish to visit Calabash NC , Wilmington NC or Southport NC these destinations are worth a short day trip drive adventure. There are numerous other adventures we took but are too numerous to mention. You will find the streets nearby welcoming and beautiful if you are a daily walking enthusiast. Mark and Lauren were very swift in handling any concerns we had during our stay which were minor. We would recommend staying here and would come back again.<br />

'This home is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood setting, with such a SHORT AND EASY walk to the beach, and the restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. located there. It is a block from a very nice park, including a dog park, and there is easy access to the major roads when heading to the many Myrtle Beach attractions. The large kitchen is well stocked with a nice assortment of items that are actually practical and useful (I don't know how many times I have had to buy a dish drainer), and has an abundance of bright white countertop and a bright shiny new double sink. The washer and dryer were so conveniently located in the kitchen area. The carpeted stairs and generous placement of rugs and mats gave both us and our little dogs (one of which is blind) secure footing on the stairs and the nice flooring. It rained a great deal the week we were there, but we were very content just relaxing at the house with its comfortable main floor layout. Our little dogs loved the dog park, and the quiet neighborhood setting with little traffic made walking them so easy. This home has everything anyone would need to enjoy their stay, and Dunes Realty did their usual great job of having everything ready just as we had requested. We had no need to contact either Dunes Realty or the owners,as we had no problems during our stay, but information was provided if that would have been necessary. We had a very pleasant stay in this very comfortable home! '
